What is DND?

Do not disturb, if you dont want any marketing calls or SMS from unknow company or person, you can register your mobile number in . dnd helpline This regestration will help you to certain extent from getting unwanted calls and msg.

How to register in DND?

A) You can block all the commercial calls and SMS coimbatore dnd helpline or you can choose to block only calls and recive SMS of your choice. B) Registration can be done by i) Calling toll free number 1909 ii) Sending a text SMS to 1909 C)If you directly make a call to 1909, you can register through IVRS or with the help of executives. D) Procedure for DND registration by dialling 1909 * After dialing 1909 you have to choose any one of the following options a)want to talk to executive b)through IVRS After selecting any one of the options you can follow the instruction and register your number in DND. You can also remove your number from DND by sending an SMS “STOP” to 1909 or you can call 1909 and request to stop the service.

Point to remember in DND registration:

DND sms will not block sms from your registered bank sector, you will recive all sms from your bank. To activate DND number it will take minimum of 7 days.
